Concept to strike

The brief

Deliver a regional scientific conference to pharmaceutical compliance standards, in a market outside India, for a multi-country delegate list arriving on different schedules.

The approach

Regulated-industry events leave no room for improvisation on content or hospitality. We worked to a locked agenda with rehearsed speaker changeovers, built AV with redundancy on the critical path, and ran registration and transfers around staggered international arrivals.

What we delivered

International venue and vendor sourcing, two-day session production and AV, speaker and delegate management, branding and wayfinding, registration, transfers and on-ground support across both days.
