The brief
Deliver an offsite where the business content came first and the hospitality never intruded on it, then reset the same environment into something people actually wanted to stay in after hours.
The approach
We treated the day as two productions sharing one venue, with a defined changeover rather than a gradual drift. Session rooms were specified for acoustics and sightlines; the evening space was styled separately so the transition read as intentional.
What we delivered
Venue and banquet coordination at Grand Hyatt, session-room setup and AV, evening décor and styling, changeover management and on-ground support throughout.
