Concept to strike

The brief

Close the year for a consulting team that spends its working life auditing other people's execution. The evening had to feel generous and unhurried while running to a tight banquet schedule shared with other functions in the same hotel.

The approach

We built the evening around a single continuous room story — entrance, reception, dinner and floor — so guests never felt handed off between zones. Table layouts were fixed early to protect sightlines to the stage, and the gifting moment was designed as a calm exit rather than a scramble at the door.

What we delivered

Full venue liaison with WelcomHotel banquets, décor and floral, stage and AV, delegate gifting, and on-ground coordination across build-up, live and strike inside the hotel's allotted window.
