How we think about it
MICE is a logistics discipline wearing a hospitality costume. Delegate registration, speaker management, interpretation, AV redundancy, dietary matrices, transfers and room blocks all have to work simultaneously, in a country you may not have worked in before. We have delivered an APAC scientific summit in Kuala Lumpur and a global launch in Dubai on that basis.

Discovery & consultation
We start with the objective, not the décor. Who is in the room, what has to change in their heads by the time they leave, what the date and the budget actually allow.

Concept & costed proposal
A written concept with a line-itemised budget. You see every cost before you commit to any of them, and nothing appears later that was not on that sheet.

Planning & vendor coordination
Venue, fabrication, AV, catering, talent, logistics and permissions — contracted, scheduled and tracked against a single master plan you can read.

Execution & live support
Our team is on site from first truck to final strike, running to a minute-by-minute sheet with a named lead you can find in ten seconds.

Feedback & post-event reporting
Vendor settlement, reconciliation against the original budget, photo and video handover, and an honest debrief on what we would do differently.
Common questions
Asked before booking
For corporate programmes and product launches, four to eight weeks gives us a comfortable runway; we have delivered in less. For weddings and large social events, three to six months is ideal because the best venues and vendors are committed early. If your date is sooner than that, call us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
We are based in Gurugram and work across Delhi NCR as standard — Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We regularly produce events elsewhere in India, including Bangalore, and internationally: we have delivered in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.
Both. The same team that produced a 700-guest national product launch also styles twelve-seat private dinners. Small events are not a lesser version of large ones — they are simply less forgiving, because nothing can hide.
There is no honest single answer, because the venue, guest count, city, date and scope move the number enormously. What we can promise is a costed, itemised proposal before you commit to anything, and no line items appearing later that were not discussed.
