The brief
Deliver a co-branded partner event that gave both HP and AMD proper presence, at a destination resort where every crew member, truck and delivery had to be scheduled in and out of a live hotel.
The approach
We built a shared design system that let both brands sit together on stage without a visual argument, and ran a resort-specific logistics plan — staggered vendor arrivals, on-site storage and a strike sequence agreed with the property in advance.
What we delivered
Event design and production, dual-brand staging and AV, delegate experience, resort and vendor logistics, and on-ground coordination through the programme.
