The brief
Bring Diwali into Hyundai's own offices for employees, without disrupting business operations during build-up and with a complete return to normal immediately after.
The approach
We designed to the building rather than fighting it: existing circulation became the guest route, and the décor concentrated on a small number of high-impact moments instead of dressing every surface. Everything was specified to install and strike inside non-working hours.
What we delivered
Concept and décor design, floral and light installations, festive styling, employee experience zones, gifting, and full install-and-strike within the office's operating constraints.
