The brief
Launch the MG Majestor away from a conventional venue, on a farm site chosen for its drive routes and sight lines, with everything from power to press hosting brought in.
The approach
Greenfield sites trade venue constraints for infrastructure ones. We planned power, access, weather contingency and vehicle movement first, then designed the brand journey — arrival, brand walk, reveal, drive — along the route guests would physically take.
What we delivered
Site planning and infrastructure, brand environment and signage, reveal mechanics, drive-experience coordination, guest and press hosting, and full build-and-strike on an unserviced site.
