The brief
Hold a premium automotive brand presence for ten continuous days inside a stadium hosting a world-level sporting event, under someone else's accreditation, security and access regime.
The approach
A ten-day display is an operations problem disguised as a design one. We specified a build that could be cleaned, re-dressed and re-secured daily, planned vehicle movement around the host event's access windows, and staffed the stand for the full run rather than the opening day.
What we delivered
Display design and fabrication, vehicle staging and covered reveal, stadium and organiser liaison, daily floor management and maintenance across ten days, and final strike.
